You don’t need to be home. You will need to make arrangements with our office to provide access to your home by providing a key or a door code.

We will bring everything needed to make your home sparkle!

Payment is due at time of service, we take credit/debit card for payments. If you schedule a one-time cleaning or Move-In/Move Out cleaning. A Credit card and a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. If you need to cancel, we require a 48-hour notice, otherwise you lose your deposit.

We ask that your home be in a condition that we can clean it. This means the sink is empty of dishes, rooms are picked up, etc.

Stainless steel can be quite particular! Because each type of stainless steel is manufactured differently, we prefer to use your product. This choice will help reduce streaks and residue.

Yes we offer a 10 point disinfection service on all of our cleanings these include the following high touch points:

Tipping in this industry is standard. Most of our client’s tip 10-15%

We love to be flexible, however, we ask for as much notice as possible. If you need to change your cleaning date, we will do our best to accommodate.

That is completely up to you! We just ask you to provide us with a way to get in if you will not be there. We prefer to have a garage code or a key hidden

Our cleaning staff usually operates from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. However, some of our cleaners offer flexibility and are available for weekend work as well.
